TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND CANCELLATION TERMS.<\/b><\/h2>

ATTENTION BOATS COULD BE BACK A LITTLE LATER ON PROGRAMMED TIMES AND:<\/b><\/h4>

ATTENTION<\/b> FOR <\/span>QUALIFIED DIVERS – WE DO ONLY RECREATIONAL DIVING AND IS COMPULSORY SHOW VALID CREDENTIALS ( CARD OR E-CARD), IF NOT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DIVING WITH US AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND<\/b><\/p>

  1. Customer is aware prior to book the exact meeting point shown in the product as map , and in the booking confirmation received via email as location and company could contact customer only relative to send specific instructions where is exactly the meeting point.<\/b><\/li>
  2. You will always receive a booking confirmation to the email provided confirming your reservation, in case you do not receive it, it may be that:<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
    • The payment has not been formalized correctly, <\/span>the reservation will not be confirmed<\/b><\/li><\/ul>
      • The payment has been formalized correctly, the reservation is confirmed, but it has entered a wrong email, then contact us.<\/span><\/li>
      • The payment has been formalized correctly, the reservation is confirmed, but you don’t see it in your inbox email, then check your spam \/unwanted folder.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • No show, or arriving late, No refund in any case.<\/b><\/li>
        • In the case a customer makes the same booking by mistake, we will refund the mistake partially ( 70 %) , in the case the customer claim on the same day of the activity or after, will not be any refund due to these bookings were reserved and blocked for sales.<\/b><\/li>
        • The trajectory of the boat and number of stops can be varied without prior notice due to safety standards, the entry to the cave needs nice sea conditions and some windy days are not possible by safety standards<\/b> if THE BOAT CHANGE STOPS OR NUMBER WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND.<\/b><\/li>
        • If the buyer cancels the reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled date, they will receive a 50% refund. From the 6th day before the reservation until the day of the reservation, there will be no refund<\/span><\/li>
        • Deposits are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE<\/b><\/li>
        • Gift Vouchers expires in 1 year from purchase date and are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE<\/b><\/li>
        • Diving Packs expires in 1 year from purchase and are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE<\/b><\/li>
        • In the event that the company for any reason should cancel the activity, the client will be offered to do it another day or a full refund, in the event that the client accepts this new appointment, the terms, and conditions are the same, in the event that the client does not accept this new appointment, he will be reimbursed in full through the same payment system.<\/span><\/li>
        • In ALL other cases, there will be no refund.<\/span><\/li>
        • The buyer is aware of the requirements of each activity that are explained on this page.<\/span><\/li>
        • The change of the date of the reservation can be made 48 hours before the reservation date.<\/span><\/li>
        • Customers intoxicated under the influence of any substance will not be permitted to embark on any boat and the booking will be cancelled without any refund also if the behaviour is disruptive prior or during the activity.<\/span><\/li>
        • The company, for reasons of maritime safety, may change the route of the excursions and number of stops without prior notice.<\/b><\/li>
        • If a client for any reason wishes to end the activity or a diving course for any reason, we will end it, without any refund.<\/b><\/li>
        • All divers are aware of the legal requirements that are already mentioned on the diving page<\/b><\/li>
        • In the medical forms for diving in all its modalities, <\/b>the case of not telling the truth <\/span>can incur a fatal outcome against you in case of trial.<\/b><\/li>
        • You have 1 year to file a civil claim for damages arising from any accident.<\/b><\/li>
        • In case of trial, this will be held in the administration of Ibiza<\/b><\/li><\/ul>
